1. Terms of Use

By accessing and using WOPELS (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

1.1. Purpose of the platform

WOPELS is a digital “Wall of Pixels” where users can purchase or rent pixels, upload images, link external websites and participate in a shared canvas with other users.

1.2. User account

To buy, rent or manage pixels, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

1.3. Content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images, texts, links and any other content you place on your pixels. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent, pornographic, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

The platform reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these rules or that is considered inappropriate, and may suspend or close accounts in case of serious or repeated breaches.

1.4. Purchases, rentals and offers

Pixels can be purchased or rented for a certain period of time, as indicated in the interface. Some pixels may have a royalty system or secondary market where you can send and receive offers. All transactions are subject to availability and to the technical and economic conditions shown on the website.

1.5. External links

Users can link external websites from their pixels. Those websites are not controlled by WOPELS, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or security. Visiting any external link is at your own risk.

1.6. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or that the platform will always meet your expectations. Maintenance tasks, technical failures or external issues may temporarily affect the Service.

1.7. Production

Please note that this project is being developed by only one person and it would be helpful to submit new ideas, technical support and suggestions for improvement. 2. FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

2.1. What is WOPELS?

WOPELS is a collaborative Wall of Pixels where you can buy or rent pixels on a shared canvas, upload your images or logos and link to your website or project.

2.2. How do I buy or rent pixels?

First you need to create an account. Then you can use the shop panel to select rented pixels or permanent pixels, choose the duration (if it is a rental), review the summary of your purchase and confirm the transaction.

2.3. Can I change the image of my pixels later?

Yes, as long as you are the current owner or tenant of those pixels and respect the content rules of the platform, you can update the pixel color and link associated with your space.

2.4. What happens when a rental expires?

When the rental period ends, the pixel or group of pixels returns to the pool of available pixels. Other users may be able to rent or buy them, depending on how the system is configured at that time.

2.5. How do offers and the secondary market work?

You can send offers for pixels that already belong to other users. The owner can accept or reject the offer. If an offer is accepted, the pixels are transferred and the transaction is recorded in the history.

2.6. Is WOPELS good for SEO?

Yes. Each pixel or group of pixels can link to your website, generating real backlinks from a public wall. This can help indexing and visibility, although no specific ranking in search engines can be guaranteed.

2.7. How is my data used?

We use your email and account data to provide access, manage transactions and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

2.8. I found inappropriate content. What can I do?

If you detect content that may violate these terms, you can contact us with the coordinates of the pixels or any relevant information. We will review the case and, if necessary, remove the content or take action on the account.
